It works well for private, instrument, and commercial students who want a stable four-seat airplane with a capable IFR-approved panel out of Hicks Airfield.

Operational Requirements

  • Follow all published weather minimums.
  • Stay within 115 nm of T67 unless you receive prior approval for Cessnas.
  • Use a paved runway at least 3,000 ft long and land within the first 1/3 of the runway.
  • Night routes must stay within gliding distance of major roads or runways.
  • Multi-day rentals for Cessnas are available by request.
  • Operate per Pilot Rise policies, procedures, the POH, and FAA regulations.
  • Commercial operations are prohibited. Only Pilot Rise instructors may instruct in our aircraft.
