About David Craven
David began his aviation journey in the U.S. Marine Corps, enlisting in 2019 and serving as a loadmaster on the KC-130J and C-40A. A discovery flight in January 2024 inspired him to pursue flight training with the goal of becoming an instructor. He brings hands-on military aviation experience, a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork, and a practical approach to teaching. Outside of aviation, David enjoys video games, golf, music, collecting vintage stereo equipment, and spending time with family.
A good instructor doesn’t simply teach students how to fly. They teach them how to think when nobody is there to guide them.
