Terms of Service for Scheduling Online
If an item has a booking deposit, the deposit is refundable up to 30h before your flight.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your flight for any reason WITH a refund.
You may cancel up to 30h before your scheduled flight and be refunded.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, if these changes are within 30h of your flight, you may cancel and receive a refund.
Our website’s terms of service apply to all of our online services.
To reserve Discovery Flights, Lessons, or Checkout Flights, an advance payment of $149 is necessary. Upon booking online, our team will contact you to facilitate payment over the phone. Please note, cancellations made 1 to 30 hours prior to the flight may incur a late cancellation or no-show fee.
We accept the following forms of payment in person for a first flight/lesson:
- Credit/Debit Cards (3.3% surcharge) [Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit]
- Cash
- Zelle (preferred)
After your first flight, we accept checks, but they will not be credited to your account until clearing.
CARD REQUIRED FOR FIRST FLIGHT:
Your first flight will be billed to your card, including any applicable surcharges. To avoid these surcharges, please contact reception at least one day before your flight to pay using cash or Zelle.
