FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR

Today, many new instructors and students tend to teach their students what their instructor taught them. However, every instructor is bound to pick up bad habits and make mistakes occasionally. These bad habits are then carried to the next generations of pilots. We stop this here.

One of our major goals for this course and as instructors is to teach students how to find information out for themselves. Initial students tend to not do this as well, but this is critical for instructors. Always challenge your instructor to prove what they are teaching with an official source. Students in this course will not just learn how to teach, but how to teach the right stuff.

Another goal of this course is to teach students the difference between explaining and teaching as well as how to apply the Fundamentals of Instructing to provide excellent instruction.

If you have any questions, contact us.

Estimated Costs: $3,000 - 7,000
(varies on experience)

Duration: 4 weeks or more (your own pace)

FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR - INSTRUMENT

If you are already a flight instructor and are looking to become a CFI-I, then this is the course for you.

Just like our initial instructor course, this course teaches you how to teach, rather than explain, advanced instrument concepts.

Instrument flying is a very complex system which must be taught correctly. This course will show you how to find official sources to reference to answer the hardest questions your students may throw at you. Don't ever catch yourself saying "that's how my instructor taught me" when you could teach your student how to find the answer.

If you have any questions, contact us.

Estimated Costs: $2,000 - 4,000
(varies on experience)

Duration: 4 weeks or more (your own pace)
